Terms and Information

1. All hatchlings are guaranteed healthy, feeding and properly sexed. Hatchlings can be reserved with a 25% deposit. Most snakes are sold in pairs unless there is an abundance of a certain sex. Quantity discounts are available on some species. 

2. Sales of native California species are in accordance with California Department of Fish and Game regulations. All native offspring will be accompanied by a numbered sales receipt and my native propagation permit number.

 3. All orders are to be paid in full by cashiers check or money order prior to shipping. Minimum order is $200.00. No handling or packaging charges. All orders are shipped air freight collect. Please provide your phone number to verify shipping arrangements. 

4. Live arrival is guaranteed. I must be notified within 48 hours to replace the reptile or refund your money. 

5. California residents add 7 3/4% sales tax.
